Insurance Company Support
Springs Water Damage works for you. Our office has more than two decades of experience negotiating with major insurance companies to ensure your home or business is returned to its pre-loss condition at the lowest possible cost to you.
We utilize the industry-standard Xactimate program to record damage through diagrams, photos, and/or videos, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all water-related claims.
What Should Customers Know About Our Pricing?
There is no charge for us to assess damages and detail exactly what is needed for you to recover from your flood. We use the industry standard Xactimate program for all our pricing. This is the same tool all insurance companies use, so is fully accepted by them. If you don't have insurance, please give us a call. One advantage of working with IICRC-certified and trained techs is that we are fully trained to help you minimize out-of-pocket costs.
What is our process for dealing with a new water damage customer?
We typically arrive at your business or residence within one hour, make a thorough inspection, and then review all options with you. If you want to minimize damage, we can go to work immediately to properly remediate your home or business and prepare it for any required build-back services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are IICRC certified. The owner is a certified Water Damage Expert, trained by a Master Water Damage Specialist. He has over a decade of experience handling every kind of flooding situation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is Kent Campbell, owner of Springs Water Damage. For more than a decade, I worked for a Master Water Damage Specialist, Shawn Taylor. He has forty years of experience helping people recover from every water damage emergency imaginable. The knowledge I gained from him has proven invaluable since I built my own operation.
What types of customers do you work with?
We help anyone experiencing water damage-related events. If you have unwanted water or mold intruding in your home or business, we are ready to help 24/7.
Describe one of your recent projects.
At 5 am on a Sunday, a retired lady who was experiencing a whole-house flood called our emergency dispatch line. We arrived within the hour and immediately began extracting the standing water from her wood floors. The lady was extremely concerned about her possessions, so two of our techs stacked everything carefully in her garage, while our other techs were busy cleaning up the flood waters. It was a challenging situation, but she was extremely grateful throughout the process.
What advice would you give to someone needing to hire a water damage remediation company?
Experienced and qualified technicians have been properly trained to handle flood emergencies. In addition, even if a company has the most recognizable name in the world, if they don't respond promptly in an emergency, you shouldn't hesitate to call someone else. Our IICRC licensed technicians respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies immediately—day or night.
What are the first actions a customer should take in a water damage emergency?
Promptly turn off the water at the main. Then call a specialist and begin moving valuable, fragile, or easily damaged (ie: wood) furniture off the wet floor. One caveat: If there is any chance of an electrical issue, PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE WATER!
