Water Damage Restoration Tech employs IICRC certified techs experienced at handling onsite water damage emergencies, day or night.
There are seven phases to our standard remediation:
1. Water removal & initiation of drying cycle using commercial equipment ranging from HEPA filters to commercial blowers to LGR capable dehumidifiers.
2. Immediate and intensive drying of any affected materials that can be saved.
3. Removal of damaged materials that cannot be salvaged.
4. Drywall restoration includes expert drying of the panels versus simple removal.
(Properly remediated sections of drywall are actually stronger than the original walls.)
5. Careful attention to minimizing property damage, facilitating quicker & less costly rebuilds.
6. Daily expert monitoring of conditions on each job site.
7. Timely removal of drying equipment.
If these processes are not initiated within 24 to 48 hours of the flood event, mold can grow.
