Kent responded quickly to my Saturday call and was at my house within 45 minutes. He was friendly, professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He worked hard until 11pm that night and was back over the next few days checking on the drying process. After removing the vanity and toilet from my small bathroom, I found mold on the wall and all along the floor. Kent did an amazing job of helping me understand the process and easing my anxiety about the situation. He is by far the best service tech I have ever used across any trade. He responds promptly, arrives on time, and is always courteous and friendly. The damage turned out to be far less severe than we initially thought and I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity he showed. I don’t know beans about mold and water damage, and he could have easily taken advantage of the situation. Instead, he showed genuine concern for me by triple checking for moisture (he could sense my nerves) and advising me on next steps while saving me unnecessary costs. He will definitely be my guy for any future water or mold needs. 100%! A+++++

He never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need, like so many disaster mitigation companies I have worked with in the past. I noticed an area on my living room ceiling that looked like it could maybe be signs of water damage. I immediately researched water damage restoration and inspection techs and was lucky to find Kent Campbell. He came over the same day I called him and measured the moisture in my ceiling and the walls in the rooms above it. He told me there was no indication of any moisture and my levels were normal. He explained the area I pointed to looked as if (when my place was built 2 years ago) it had been painted over too quickly after being spackled. I was very relieved to hear this. He then checked all my bathrooms (which he did not have to do) and adjusted my toilets for me. He really went above and beyond! I highly recommend Kent Campbell!!!!
